This year, The Brit Awards will experience its 30th anniversary, and will therefore be going more out than usual to celebrate the previous years of its stardom.

The Sun reports that this year, we can expect a live performance from Cheryl Cole, who has just been signed by The Brit Awards to play at the show next month.

There has been so much controversy about this! Is Cheryl Cole going state-side to judge on the panel of the American version of The X Factor? Well… we have the inside scoop:

Recently, Simon Cowell revealed to insiders that Cheryl Cole would be “a star” on the American TV show, soon to hit the states on FOX channel. The hype was buzzing that Cheryl would crack America and become an international super star.

However, Cheryl Cole’s mother recently spoke to The Sunday People and announced: “No, she’s not going to America, she’s staying here. She will not be going there for that.”

“Cheryl is really in favour of working mums but knows this would be quite hard to do in America. She also wouldn’t be able to bear leaving Ashley for too long – not because she’s worried he’ll cheat but because she doesn’t like not being with him,” an insider claimed.

So, what to think?! We kinda liked the idea of Cheryl crossing the pond to star on the upcoming show, but we understand her commitments in the UK with Ashley. Cute!

X Factor judge, Dannii Minogue, has recently revealed that she will be a mother! Working alongside Cheryl on the panel of judges, Cheryl Cole comments on the pregnancy:

Cheryl told Now magazine: “I am absolutely thrilled for Dannii and Kris.

“I think it’s fantastic news and the most special thing that could have happened to them both.”

We’re so happy for Danni, and sure that she will be an excellent mummy!

Cheryl Cole’s debut album has so far been a great success, and with her singles dominating the chart, we’re confident that Cheryl’s next single to be released, Parachute, is definitely going to be a big hit.

Produced by music stars: Syience and Will.i.Am, the music video is set to be shot next week according to Cheryl’s label, Fascinations Records.

So Macho singer, Sinitta, says that she believes, that if Cheryl Cole was a little older she and Simon Cowellwould be a perfect match, revealing that she thinks the pair have a “funny chemistry” between them. The Mirror reports:

So, when asked by Heat magazine who she thought would be Simon’s perfect match, the Dancing On Ice contestant reveals: “Cheryl if she was 35 instead of 26.”

She added: “I think Simon sees her more as a little sister, but I’m sure if she was older and single.

“They definitely have some kind of funny chemistry. It was a very sexy final when it ended up with those two.”

Sinitta, who also dated Simon, continues: “She knows how to work it. She does those Bambi eyes and while one side of him wants to beat her in the competition, the other side wants to give her anything she wants.”

Take That star Gary Barlow was reported to have thrown a memorable night in celebration of his 10th year anniversary with is wife Dawn. A number of celebrities attended the part at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, including his former band mates and friends who accompanied Gary during this year’s climb for charity to Kilimanjaro, including our own Cheryl Cole and friend Kimberley Walsh.

Cheryl brought along her hubby, Ashley, and both looked the part, as always! Cheryl could be seen wearing a shoulder-padded LBD which complimented her petite figure. The pair looked very happy together, and we hope the night went smoothly!

Yes, we said ‘EVER’! From a recent survey hosted by Nixon, with an estimated number of over 4,000 women to chose from, Cheryl Cole was appointed position of the most photogenic woman ever. Cheryl came first out of other beauties such as:  Megan Fox, Scarlett Johansson and Marilyn Monroe. Wow… that IS incredible! I wonder if the results would have been different if the survey wasn’t just taken by the British public.

So after all of the speculation about Cheryl Cole’s appearance as a judge on an American version of the British show The X Factor, Simon Cowel made a twitterfull announcement as he revealed his resignation to American Idol.

The show will be broadcasted on FOX Television in the US and is predicted to be a massive success within the States. There is, however, alot of controversy whether American will be able to understand Cheryl’s soft geordie accent.

We’re excited to see how Cheryl will take of in the US, and to see if the nation’s sweet heart will be as big of a hit across the pond!
