Here is a video of Cheryl and Kimberley talking about the Kilimanjaro Red Nose Day Climb. In the video Cheryl admits that she isn’t looking forward to the climb, but is happy to help raise money for Comic Relief.

She says: ‘I’ll be honest I’m not looking forward to the climb itself. I’ll be happy when we’ve come down and have raised lots of money for Comic Relief.’

Gary Barlow, Cheryl Cole, Alesha Dixon, Kimberley Walsh and Ronan Keating are in serious training for a Red Nose Day challenge that is no laughing matter.

The pop stars will be joined by presenters Chris Moyles, Denise Van Outen, Fearne Cotton and Ben Shephard as they attempt to climb the tallest mountain in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro.

The climbers have an eight-day trek ahead of them to reach the summit which stands 19,340ft above sea level.

Cheryl Cole has gained 7lbs in a bid to fall pregnant, a report claims.

The Girls Aloud singer is said to be so keen to start a family with her soccer star husband Ashley Cole she is ditching her “fragile” look to prepare her body for motherhood.

A source tells Britain’s Star magazine, “Cheryl has really stuck to her goal of putting on some weight and it’s working.

Pussycat Doll Melody Thornton has said she would love to make friends with Cheryl Cole.

The 24-year-old singer told the Daily Star she “loves” the X Factor judge and would gladly befriend her if she goes to the US.

Melody told the paper: “I hear she’s looking into breaking the States and I’d definitely show her around if she wanted.

Cheryl Cole has infuriated her Girls Aloud bandmates after reportedly “stealing” their personal assistant.

Cole offered PA Lily – who has worked with the girls for years – the chance to work for her alone, and she accepted.

And Cole has now caused uproar amongst the girls – Sarah Harding, Nadine Coyle, Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh – as well as their management company, Hilary Shaw Management.

Cheryl Cole may soon be heading off the US for some lucrative TV work after being wooed by two power players over dinner last night.

A spy at Zuma restaurant in Knightsbridge said the Girls Aloud star was deep in conversation with two American gentlemen, who were telling her there was big demand for her on their side of the pond.

The source revealed: ‘They were there for a good three hours, and it sounded as if they were talking big bucks to try and entice her over.’

Cheryl Cole has been told to “rein herself in” – in case she starts to alienate her new fans with her bitchy comments, according to a new report.

The Girls Aloud star successfully remoulded her image from a loud-mouth pop star after becoming a judge on Simon Cowell’s TV talent show The X Factor.

But those close to Cheryl fear she is undoing all of her good work – after the star publicly blasted a string of celebrities recently.

A source tells Britain’s Now magazine, “Cheryl needs to quickly rein herself in.

“She’s one of the UK’s most successful celebrities and she has become a brand, so there are fears that more wrong moves will undo all her good work.

“In the early days of Girls Aloud she was written off as a gobby, bitchy immature street brawler who was always getting into scraps rather than keeping a dignified silence.

Girls Aloud have described their BRIT Awards nomination as “surreal”.

The chart-topping five-piece are the only female band to be nominated for the Best Group prize.

“We were in the same category last year and the only girls then too, so we’re like ‘Come on the girls’,” says band member Cheryl Cole.
